Can someone in the US let me know about your delivery time? According to Russian Post, they were exported on 12/15. They have still not arrived in the US, according to the USPS.

If it shipped from Russia it typically should take around 2 weeks or so but might be a bit longer due to the holiday season.

You'll get an email from GD with your tracking number. It took a couple hours for mine to show up in the system after I received my tracking number though.

The Russian post website has instructions in English, but the actual information returned to you is generally in Russian. Thankfully Google Translate saves the day :)

Look at all the new wood cups available. Not to tempt you or anything.... http://www.fischer-products.ru/wood/

Wow, I think I just got a woodie!  Those aren't just replacement cups either, those are freaking tuned!  I'm guessing the stock plastic cups don't have those ridges found on the woodies.

Are you sure? All of them look just like the FA-003 but with different cups on them :p

I talking about behind the woods cups.  The steps.

They are 002 housings with tuned wooden cups to break up standing waves and special audio varnish, whatever that is.

ohh..that explains it then. I think I'll end up getting one of them eventually after I can't see myself spending anymore on portable/transportable. They do look nicer than stock however. Maybe middle of 2011 I'll start investing in a proper headphone setup.

I can add that some of FA-002w models are really made of nut, exactly Brazil nut and European walnut.

But this one is made of Hornbeam with dry period of 4 years.
