NOT!

I agree, Skullcandy for love and rock

(buyer self-justification: "look at these riduculous things! sweet!") Coming from the other direction, I'll take the teenager's uncritical taste for flash over the smug businessman thinking he's made a smart purchase-- the first might lead to good taste in time, while the other never will, because it thinks it's already there.

Very well said, I never thought of it that way, but you make a valid point.

Hmm... so I'm a smug businessman now... I thought I was just a 20y old, who didn't know enough about headphones when I made my first purchase. And tbh I couldn't be further away from being a businessman

how can bose be popular if i've seen only two?

Location: japan... bose is mainly a us problem

Skullcandies just strike me as so much more offensive... I mean bullets on the headband????
Plus I'm planning on applying for a job at Bose, so I can't be too mean

Bose it is. I'd rather get a Bose HP as a gift, than a Skull candy HP.

Then I can sell the Bose for a good price to one of my dumbass friends

Haha, that's not a half bad idea.

Bose by a country mile. Skullcandies are comical.

I miss my GI's.

Not.

At least they looked normal, unlike all these other freaky new designs coming out.

(They came with black ear pads too, which replaced the Urban Camo)

I still voted Skullcandy. They sounded half decent, and I'd buy them over Bose anyday. Unless, by some freak accident, Bose learned to cut their priced down by several hundred percent. Then, maybe.

You need to have bullets on your headphones to shoot the Bose people! :very evil:

I think the SkullCandys look better built than Bose TriPorts actually.
I actually like the Smokin Buds Ink'd for the price of $9.99 at FYE, that i got them for. Theyre ok knock-arounds. The Bose bloat and hollowness annoys me.

As always, I vote for the skullcandy. Come on people, that is just a starting-up company, yet it is already paying so much attention on personalization. IMHO, getting the phones to sound reasonablely good is the easy part, all they have to do is install drivers similar to the KSC-35's (not 75!) and all will be good.
