I've always found this saying ironic since the dominant trait of the Bose sound signature are scooped out mids with the classic "loudness" U shaped frequency response. The very bottom and top end might be missing, but the saying makes it seem like they are all mids........ which would be a huge improvement if it were true.

Haha, funny you point that out...I go into Hot Topic because they sell a lot of my favorite industrial band T-shirts, and you know they were extremely busy and I thought the guy trying to line-sell headphones was going to attack me when I told him I did not like the Skullcandy "Audiophile" they sold or the Dr. Dres, and that I preferred my Senns...people in there all sport their iBuds, Senns, and the Dr. Dre.
