My Name is Khan - 9.0/10

My first Bollywood film. Surprisingly good. They dragged it on a little but it didn't really bother me.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - 8.0/10

Gritty and entertaining.

A Prophete (Un Prophete) - 9.2/10

A raw film that I enjoyed quite a bit.

A few others recently but nothing really worth mentioning.

Unthinkable, 8.5/10

Sam Jackson, Carrie Moss, and Superman team up against a ticking clock to save the USA in the war on terror, Jack Bauer-style. Not for the squeamish, but very good IMO. The perfect movie to "commemorate" 9-11 with.

The Winning Season (2010) is one of the most unbalanced, but somewhat formulaic, movies I've ever seen. Disturbing, funny, sappy and bizarre, all at the same time. It makes me glad I no longer coach girls' soccer... and it's a basketball movie...sort of, anyway. Sam Rockwell earned his salary in this little film from the 2009 Sundance film festival, but he probably had to get counseling afterwards, as did all of the teenagers, and the producers. OMG, I'm giving it an 8/10!

You'll either love or hate it, but you will remember it.

Saving Grace is one of my favorite movies of all time. It made me a Craig Ferguson fan for life. I saw it again for the 70th time this weekend... Still a 10/10.

Never Let Me Go - 8.5/10

Not as well paced as the book, and had a few unwanted plot changes, but still quite impressive and provocative overall. My score is based upon the movie alone, not as a comparison with the novel. Definitely worth being rudely awoken to go see, as grumpy as I was.

Woodsy horror movies! Nice, think I'll give that a try.

Hard to beat Evil Dead 2 for a woodsy horror!
