My work rig. I had not touched the E5 in 2 years when I found it in a drawer last week, it adds some extra juice that I don't think the 5.5G ipod have. Funny thing about the E5 - it was my first portable amp and it got replaced with iBasso D4, and after that the PB1 and PB2. Now the iBassos are gone and the E5 is still in use.

The little workhorse is here to last! Funny thing is the expensive portable amps seem to get sold off when they arent used enough or are replaced. The cheap ones are fun to keep around.

Its a Belkin hard case off amazon....I wanted a hard case that completed surrounded the iPod and this fitted the bill perfectly. It even has a brushed aluminium front plate.

It was advertised as being suitable for the iPod Video 30gb / 60gb and 80gb and comes with two different size back covers so your sorted whether it's a slim or fat version iPod. I'm really please with it

I have a not disimilar set up - except Im using a DIYmod ipod video 5th gen with 128gb CF card. Been thinking about possibly getting a pair of 4.Ai's to go with it. Please let me know how they pair up with your gear.
