diy battery pack (12pcs harmolattice AA @ 2500mah)
modified FiiO e9 desktop amp (sprague, sanyo,nichicon caps/ kimber wiring)
modded/ recabled yamaha vintage ortho HP-2 and YH-1
 
it fits inside a dslr bag

Still working on my rig... but I decided that my Fiio L3 wouldn't mind donating itself to a higher cause.  Well, I can say, that dynamically it sounds "fuller" and the Bass more impactful... but not by a huge margin, but still noticeable.
 

Next upgrade, My Heir Audio Headphones when they come in (and possibly all new Silver Cables and LOD for that).

TBH. I've actually not used the Vita much for music, but what music I have listened to has sounded pretty good to me.

Nice cans. Do you find that the ALO cable is an improvement over the stock one - SQ wise?
 
Is the Fostex a big step up from an IMOD?

Hey jude! Is the CitiScape Uptown really good? How does it compare to the other portable headphones we see around you - dt1350 and HD25?
