I made that interconect, just neutrik plug without the barrel and some wires with red sleeve. and the case is a generic silicone case, like 2 or 3$ in amazon.

Adhesive heatshrink on the ends? Looks really good.

What do you two think of the SQ of that set up? Seems pretty effective for the price. I may have to check it out for myself some time. :)
