I'll be waiting awhile for a new pair of cans. TMA-1s arriving in the mail tomorrow will quell my need for new headphones for a bit.

I cut some spare iPod protective film to size and placed on both sides to protect the Arrow from glue, then wrapped the whole thing in about three or four layers of red contact (adhesive plastic book cover - a pain in the arse to remove if it's been on a while) - is totally reversible, took a couple of goes to get the edges straight though. Would feel kind of wrong to strip the shell and re-anodize it, could put clear contact around it and airbrush over the top though maybe? I kinda like the idea of non-permanent customization, at least until I've had something for a few years

This a creative solution -> a shoe lace. Did not know that something like that works out.

Creative, yes. But it's a pain to get in the shoe lace. It took me a while.

It's more a rough sketch. I've got a new FiiO L8 coming for my interconnect, and a new KitSound cable for the headphones, too.
