To each their own, I prefer not to toss my heavy, delicate, and expensive (to me) gear into a knapsack without additional protection. Just like cameras you are most protected with a hard case.

Sorry, it was a DIY. I said "nope" to the DiMarzio comment. I got the red cord from a local electronics shop and the Pailiccs plugs from Japan. I have about 10 left.

Large Pailiccs is fine. It's the smaller slim one that's a PITA.
