That's very nice, but I think you should consider trying an amp again:

yeah , it is the otterbox 2000. Only the black version came with a layer of foam inside , so i thought it would be nice and safe to have that.

If it works out then that is great.

I'll let the forum know how it works in the long run.

MZ-R30. That replaced my WM-EX53. Even today they both work perfectly, I did find out the MD a few months back and I always had problems with the lid not locking properly. It was just the sliding bar with locked the opening mech was sticking, a little bit of grease and it works perfectly now!

LOL, that's basically it. I figure I put the money in my desk set up which I use more than my portable one, no need. Plus it's a better conversation piece than pulling out an iphone plugged into a box with knobs, which my headphones are plugged into. That starts the "what they hell is that?" dialogue.

@dfkt Yea, I think it's kind of the hipster side of audio in Japan. I bought the lego headphones for my younger sister, though I was tempted to keep them and giver her the face ones.

Eastpak "Tourvan" pouch. Peli Case 1010

Shame the LOD has to travel outside the pouch but all goes in a back pack so no real problem so far.
