There are 2 different versions of the HD580, so that's why it may not be what you're used to KeItHlOu.
What Baba booey has is the newer version.

Do yours have the in-line volume control like mine do? I paid ~$8, and they have it. Apparently it's bad, but they sound fine to me.

Yeah it has the volume control, but I always leave it on max and control the volume on the player.
