Does anyone know of a (legally) free FLAC version of Verdi's Requiem?  I couldn't find one, though a few months ago I posted on this forum a link to a NYP version of Beethoven's 9th on BC...

I have a (sinking) feeling that classical music is less often posted NYP because they know people will definitely want to pay for them, while newer music is less certain and so there has to be an incentive to get people to try out an artist's music (make some albums free).

Keep in mind with so much music, there's a possibility of overlap with previous sampler packs...
WARNING: these zip files fail to unpack on Windows due to overly-long file names!  I will try this again later on Arch Linux and see if the same problem occurs.
 
Does anyone here better understand this problem?  Is it possible to rename files before unzipping them?  If not, we might need to ask MoonJune to re-publish with shorter file names...
