A quote from an article this morning in the Morning Brew, an online newsletter which mentions a Noble legend.

Markets: Last week’s stock sell-off vanished faster than Keyser Söze as Thursday’s session helped the market fully recoup its August losses”

Nice cable and even better pairing. Thanks for having the Chiron in your collection! How would you describe the sound?

Hey guys, I’d love for any Fokus owners to help me out here.

Since I got my Prestige’s, I’ve always had trouble getting the right IEM to pair. Every time I use them I’m required to take both out of the case, close the case and put the right IEM back in to get it to pair. Finally I’ve decided to reset everything by pushing the case button for 5 seconds. Now… I can’t get them to pair to anything! They power on and flash blue, but they are not discoverable on my iPhone or 2 of my DAPs.

Anyone know if I’m missing anything here? They were very easy to pair when I initially bought them, now I feel like I’m running in circles.

I’ve spent months using them, albeit with the right connectivity issue. I’m almost upset that I decided to reset them! Lol

Kai from Noble here!

Typically they should both power on when you take them out of the case, and be paired already. If this isn't happening there are two potential causes.

1.) The pins on the tws and case could just need a cleaning. This would help it to charge, and power on when taking them out of the case.

2.) The pins on the tws might be too recessed. Tolerances with wood aren't as tight as they are with metal/acrylic so if the charge pins on the tws are too deep it may make charging unstable.

Make sure the case is charged and then place the tws inside. You should see the lights indicating the power level of the case. About 10 seconds later you should see the left and right-most lights stay on while the center two turn off. This indicates that each tws is charging.

Test this first to make sure they're charging, and then try to reset them. You should see both lights start flashing on the tws.

I'm happy to look at it as well and see if they've got issues. Send me an email at contact@nobleaudio.com and I'm happy to take care of you.

Shoot me an email if you have any more issues! I can give you my cell number on a PM if you need it and I can walk you through it on the phone I'd you'd like.

Hi Kai, thanks for the response! Cleaning the pins is not something I had thought of previously. I’ve gone ahead and done that, and will set them on the charger for a bit before I try to reconnect. Thanks again. :)

I always wait a second after opening the lid because if I take them out of the case too fast it doesn't pair one side. Seems to be a consistent issue, at least for me.

Sounds to me as it takes a moment for them to communicate/tether to each other. I'm not sure if I'd call that an issue or "just the nature of things."

My car requires me to turn the key to the second position and wait a moment as the fuel pump primes, before turning to the start position. That's just the way it is.... Not sure if that's a wart or a characteristic of the car.
