Good and responsible move!

Next, look up the definition of sellers regret 😎

Oh, and don't leave this thread for the few weeks in between...

Ha!

I’ve literally gone to through 20+ TOTL IEMs, DAPs and cables…it took a while and realized the only real way to really know what I’d be happy with was to buy/sell until I reached my preference. In the end, I’ll miss some of them, but no regrets.

Congrats on the journey! And for reaching the destination of course!

It's not that we're nosy around here 🤣, but... uhm...

How would you compare Noble Stage 3 to Meze Advar?
So there are some broad similarities between the two in terms of overall tonal balance, but Stage 3 is much more technical in terms of neutrality/resolution/separation, while Advar has more color and warmer low mids. Advar has a bit more overall bass presence as well. The upper mids and treble are pretty close between the two, though I think a bad fit with the Advar can make them a little bit honky/bright, while I haven't heard of anyone having a hard time with the fit and seal on Stage 3. Advar remains my favorite IEM under $1000 for hard rock/heavy metal, but Stage 3 is stronger for neutrality/accuracy/versatility in general.

No problem, it sounded like a planar to me but I was told that it has a more exotic combination… not sure if it’s been announced yet so can’t say too much but it had a more v shaped tuning to my ears but the sub bass extended very deep and it had an extended linear treble to my ears (others have said that they have heard a few spikes however so take with a grain of salt)
I recall them saying that the Spartacus used dual bone conduction driver architecture. Did not have too much time to listen to them, but the bass was somewhat reminiscent to the EE Ravens (tuning may be different on retail model though)
