Just wondering if anyone has experience with low frequency in Kublai Khan 80% gone in one earpiece?

I just notice my left earpiece didn't have any rumble when do frequency sweep and also from 25-70Hz the earpiece play like 70-80% less volume than the right earpiece.

And if RMA is the only option I wish Noble still have RMA office in Thailand tho.

This is the best and most comfortable IEM I ever owned. They suit me like a custom, regarding sound, it's a perfect all-rounder. I can describe it as Traillii's tuning with Ragnar's clarity and speed. Very good holographic and imaging, perfect layering, non-fatique tuning with magic that makes music never boring. I was a bit worried about the BA bass, but there is enough sub bass and extremely detailed and fast mid bass. I was also a bit skeptical about treble, since I read that they are darker than Ragnar, but here I hear just as good treble with the same amount of harmonics, but a little lower in db, which is perfectly fine for me. Mids are vivid, a little in front, but resolution is shocking.

Thanks to Andrew from Musicteck for amazing service, as always.

Maybe someone could compare Ragnar and Mentor and can say something about it?
Didn't hear Mentor yet, but I believe that Mentor must be compared to Ronin, not Ragnar.

In what way should Mentor be compared to Ronin and not to Ragnar? And how else would you compare Ronin and Ragnar?
Mentor and Ronin are warm tuned all-rounders with BA bass and thick forward mids. Ragnar is an cold, slightly v-shaped, bright IEM with a top level of realism, resolution and clarity

I own a Ragnar and recently got to hear the Mentor. Tuning is very very different. Mentor is surprisingly warm (warmer than I was expecting it to be), Ragnar is cold (but to me, perfect when paired with the right cable to warm it up a bit). I didn’t do a thorough a/b but my impression is that the technicalities are very roughly in the same general ballpark, but with an edge to Ragnar.

Mentor, to me, sounded a lot more like Odyssey as far as tuning, but with perhaps marginally better technicalities and notably less bass.

if you were to listen to both Mentor and Ragnar, you’d know pretty instantly which one you prefer. And it would also depend on your preferred genres.
