If the 8 core is becoming the new standard for the TOTL can the current owners of TOTL IEMs get a sneaky deal on it?
Let plan a cable heist, but keep it on the down low.

Not wishing to contradict Wata, oh OK then! From what I heard the Encore is quite different to the K10. Basically more of everything that the K10 has. Especially clarity and separation. I'm not sure it is a worthwhile upgrade on the K10 but to a new buyer, it's a no brainer. IMHO.The Encore is just a slight improvement, so they are really similar.
I own both (amongst many other Noble offerings) and I would say that the Encore has a significantly different sound (particularly in the lower and higher ends as well as the imaging, placement and separation). The K10 is a classic but the Encore is a masterpiece. Add a cable like the Effect Audio Janus Basso or the Leonidas II Octa and a good source, and the Encore scales up to something extraordinary. Not wishing to contradict Wata, oh OK then! So Wata was wrong! Ha! Ha! I could not resist. Hope all is well.I've had K-10s, both U and C and now have a Encore C. BIG DIFFERENCE and worth the upgrade to the Encore. As you say, no brainer if your going to buy 1 or the other.
