Love the Magnepan line. I have 1.7s and had IIIas and 1.6s before them.

Just asked dealers.
They recommended 2 REL S5 model over JL Audio e112 or one REL 212/SE .
Time to save now til Christmas. $$$.
They carried both vendors.

I am a little rusty on my home audio gear, but from memory Rel's have always been a nice musical sub. I only run a ML Dynamo for my system and I don't really use it much, its more for movies etc though. NAD T754 running Paradigm Titans front and center, then some reference Energy surround I found for $120.

I am done with HT a long time ago.
2 channel music always has been from childhood til present and wanted to be that way until very old man.
Mobile is 1Z, DX200, Q1PR, ipod touch with CV5 with k10C, Encore, and now Khan tomorrow.

Well, let me hear the Khan tomorrow night and compare to the Utopia/ AFC and see how different they really are.

One thing that puzzled me is the kid never mentioned of Khan's Imaging.
Is imaging good from Khan?

I really don't know about distributors, I was asking about having some inventory for CanJam and Jim told me they hoped to start shipping some of the Khan's. I was under the impression he meant for pre-order customers.

I believe the early pre-orders promotion has ended.

Stereo Electronic (in sg) is the place to go for noble stuffs. And my understanding is khan will be launched at Singapore CanJam in March.

The Khans sound like they are amazing but I was able to pick up some K10's that are currently being made for me. Purchased the OTS Wizard reprint and can't wait till I get them back to pair up with my Sony WM1A.

Looking at two S3 model.
S5 might be too much for the room. Like a 1K saved if I go for a pair of S3.
Still debating.
Still waiting for my Khan at the end of today.
