Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

9.5 weeks wait and my Savant's are finally in the building.  Or at least they were as UPS decided not to deliver them because I hadn't paid the duty.

I tried to pay the duty on the phone this morning, but they insisted that I pay the driver cash.  The driver, never asked anyone for payment and left because it wasn't waiting for him.  According to UPS the driver isn't allowed to call me, so I guess I'll just leave it on the pavement tomorrow.

Unbelievable.

Put the money in a box from a TV, then go to the drivers house and just throw it over the fence and leave. Hope and pray they have a camera so you can put it on the internet and make money.

Currently I am down to K10U, Savant, and Stagediver SD4 as for contenders for my next IEM. I'll go audition them again but I like the K10U the most.
I'll pair it with my Hugo whichever one of the three I buy. Are there comments/comparisons/impressions available on this thread that I may have missed?

Additionally, a question to Noble Audio: next month in Korea on the 17th and the 18th, there is a headphone show. The website for the show says that Noble Audio will be there. Would it be Noble Audio's dealer attending the show or would it be someone from Noble Audio directly?
Cheers.

Wow, pictures!!! Hope you enjoy the savant!

On a side note it has also been 9.5 weeks since my impressions reached noble's labs for my custom K10 already:frowning2:  And no news about it !!

Have you contacted the lab or Brannan, or did you think forum member could assist you on this matter?

Want me to take over forum customer service? The info may not be correct, but at least I can try.

Have you emailed Brannan directly? Usually that's the most productive approach for such questions/concerns. Cheers

Hey John, I see you have the BMW for sale. The pictures don't show the mileage, can you PM me with that info, I am interested in making an offer.

Well there is some truth to that.  The particular M3 I have has the S50B30 Euro Spec, which translates to roughly 282 hp.  BMW ran this particular engine for 1 year and the following year, the S50B32 was released, which translates to about 320 hp.  Performance wise, they are both (reportedly) essentially the same.

I wouldn't mind stuffing the S38B38 engine in my car (340Hp) , but it may be easier to just get a E39 M5 and call it a day. (400hp)

I wouldn't get a V10 M5, as they are way too complicated for me to work on them.   But it is amazing that a car that can breach 200 mph has depreciated down to the 20 - 30K USD range.

For 20-30k people can import the older Skylines, those things are fast right out of the gate, with engine work, even more sick. Of course what cant be sick when enough money is spent?
