Or how about custom earrings so my wife and I could have coordinated ear jewelry?

have anyone tried to compare K10 with 1964 V8?

i auditioned it several times and my findings leans to V8 but i dont want to be bias, im really considering to get this K10...
any thoughts guys? just want to hear others opinion, thanks!

I've auditioned them together before, and while I was quite impressed with the bass on the V8, everything else sounded better on the K10. A bigger soundstage, better imaging, finer treble detail, greater overall clarity, with a bass presentation that is just as remarkable as that on the V8, albeit less prominently so.

Anyone compared it wIth A12?

I had some thoughts on the A12's in some of my post-CanJam posts.

Overall I was very impressed by the A12's. Closest thing yet to the K10's that I've heard in the IEM world. Still give the edge to the K10 though.

Cheers

A12 you mean? the Adel one? yes that's their new product which features anew technology...

i am just interested to hear some thoughts on K10 vs V8

I have both the K10 and V8. For what I hear, the V8 sounds great especially with bass tracks. If you like bass the v8 is a good way to go, but I still prefer the K10 due to the balance in all aspects, making it more musical. The highs are less pronounced on the V8.

Hope this helps, PM me for more info :)

Just got my K10's! Lovely. 3 months wait though... Oh well...

Chose a very simple design:

Question: I find the pelican style case too big... What do people use?

Thx!

Beautiful! I went with carbon fiber too, but yours looks much cleaner overall.

As for a smaller case, I use these below.

For a little more protection, you can also get a shure se846 case:

Congrats on you beautiful new CIEM's!

Regarding the case, I upgraded to a larger Pelican case which holds my K10's, Fiio X3/ALO Rx stack and a desiccant container (to help keep the IEM's dry).

3 months.... I appologize for the hollidays, if it were up to me, I wouldn't sleep, eat or shower. Unfotunatley, the rest of the lazy world gets hollidays, hence shipping and customs are closed....   thus increasing the delay.

as for a better box

It is rugged, noticeable, and folks wouldn't think I have 3K worth of audio gear in it, and I can stuff the I-pad mini in it as well.
