Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!
May 8, 2014 at 11:04 AM Post #3,948 of 36,065
Honestly, I don't have a favorite or even a least favorite. Each product has some type of niche quality. (Sound signature, price point, convenience, aesthetics ) But I'm kind of in a situation where I can have the "collection" and I get to view the product line in that manner.

But it has been said that the k10 is a collection of the Wizards greatest hits (designs).

  A darn good mix

no offense , but the beat kinda ruins the ambience of the song and makes it totally impersonal and without character

original version is perfect as it is , but i guess most people these days want a beat over everything
wink.gif

btw , if you like the original version , you should check peter gabriel - pg3 (melt)

the sound of the drums found here was originated in this classic album

cheers

talking of the Wizards 'greatest-Hit's... I saw this post by 'Delivery' in the Hugo thread...

I've recently heard my Hugo with the Noble K10!  The Chord/Noble Road Show when it came to North London UK
Great synergy!  My way of testing is to see if my feet tap and if mind wanders: if the mind wanders the headphone is not engaging me.  The K10 engaged!

I spoke to Furrukh about the Noble/Chord event held at 'Swiss Cottage Sound & Vision' last weekend and he commented how nice our Customers were, so much so he's talking about another event in the future... so thank-you to all who attended.

The original captures me via the lyrics, the mix captures me by the beat.... No better, no worse.... Just my 2 cents

Wow I'm being quoted by OK-Guy!

I'm slowly on the hunt for a CIEM and so far the K10 matches my LCD3s the closest!  I've also been looking at the Noble Instagram page:  Wow great designs!

I take my hat of you Dr Wizard!  Great sound and great design!

I just got my impressions done today. Before I think about sending them in, I want to ask you all for your approval. Will these work?  There's a slight gap in one. I don't know how much that'd affect the making of the CIEM. What do you guys think?
