Those types of. Questions would be best to be posted with nancy@nobleaudio.com

We really can't openly discuss such matters on head fi, as this isn't the intent of head fi and it also may be against forum rules.

Audio-Head.com has the 5S for review. You may choose to email them directly for impressions.

That is good, looking forward about their impression.

I like how The Wizard and Brannan answer the questions and help us to choose. Kudos to their efforts

Hi guys,

The black friday sale was uber tempting. I was going to checkout for K10 but was confused with the customization. I was wanting to get noble 5c's design on K10 but was unsure of the selection to choose. Is the design under wizard's design? Can I get some enlightenment?

If you look closely at the photo you will see the wizard signature, that would indicate that design is a wizard design. Wizard designs generally do not have any design specifications on the order form, but customers can submit photos or write down some design requests in the "remarks/comments" area of the of the order form.

Further more you can directly contact Noble team members and discuss your design requirements as well.

Hey John! Looks like you've done it again, fantastic looking products! :)
Just curious how the Noble 4A and Noble 4C/4S are differently sound wise, do they implement the same driver configuration?

Another Q on customization guys.

I was going though nobles facebook page and saw the below design:

Is that a wizard design? Because of the word wizard on it?

If not how I would I replicate something close to that?

Something something wood, amber shells, gold and clear canals?

The 4c, 4s, and the Noble 4 IEM all have the same internals. Each configuration would yield the same 2cc coupler measurement but may not have the same insitu measurement due to the differences in insertion depth, and reflection characteristics of the shell/housing material.

Are these differences audible? That is a question that is wide open for debate, and I'd prefer not to go into that as really it is a subjective interpretation of events/results.

I use iems Brannen uses ciems. As a company and a tam we embrace both housings.

Yes, that is technically a Wizard design, but it could be replicated as those features can be found on the web site/order form

Clear canal
Amber shell
Amboyna face plate
Gold nugget

Special instructions

Gold nugget in canal and shell
Face plate two tone amboyna

Be warned, two tone amboyna is rare and we do not have a lot of that in stock
