I think its telling the K10 is still the all time best rated IEM on HeadFi despite being discontinued.

Yes you are so right about the Noble K10, I managed to get mine on drop last year for just over £500, I absolutely love, I also have their Sage.

Without question, a universal Prestige version can be built (same internal parts & silver internal wire optional)

CIEM can be made as well.

That said, it wouldn't carry the same low price that MassDrop offered. A Prestige is much more labor intensive.

It is doubtful the k10 will ever be offered by massdrop again.
Massdrop would be required to order a lot of units to recieve a high enough discount, that would allow them to sell the k10 at $500-700 and still make profit as they did before.

I'm not sure if they could shift all that inventory, as the k10 design is 5+ years old. The demand may not be strong enough to sell through the inventory.

We have the same issue, it is questionable that the demand could allow us to have the cnc aluminum housings built, as the cnc team would require a large volume of housings made to justify their efforts.

So due to that, we can technically still provide/build a new k10, but it would be built using a Prestige style housing as each one is built by hand. (Low volume, unique, but expensive)

In theory we could also 3d print the lower portion of the housing & apply a hand carved face plate, which would lower the retail price and still maintain some unique properties.
