Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

It came from the same block of wood as your Sage.

It is a 5 drivers, 3 bore design so I have to bore out the canals and back fill it with epoxy.

The reports from the musician today were, "Amazing highs, surprising lows..."

Basically it is a Wizard Sage on steroids not sure if I will ever offer it in any other format than a Wizard Universal.

Do you know who that is in the photo or did you just google image steroids? RIP Zyzz

A leading question I know. Does the K10 still have it's place or is it outclassed by the Encore.

All a matter of tastes... this is a matter of propagating air molecules....

Not bit rates, ram, etc etc

The physical build is still tough as nails, as point of fact, the bottom portion of the k10 and the encore are the same. They differ in the cap design.

The reason why the k10 is at such a large discount isnt because it is an inferior product, it is because massdrop secured a large order, stretching out over a long period of time.... essentially equaling to a secured cash flow for Noble.

We also waited for the k10 to be off the market a couple of years in order to insure our dealers would not have k10 inventory on their shelves as they couldn't compete against massdrop.

Got to try to respect everyone, customer base, dealers and distributors and our own bank account.

This isnt a wo is me post.... just stating the realities.... this is a labor of love... it may one day be a windfall, but thus far.... it is a labor of love and luckily I love this... wish I traveled less so I could spend more time on the grind

All good John. Just curious where my K10c sits in the scheme of things these days. I'm very pleased that you seem to make astute business decisions that allow Noble to grow.
I'm proud to be a customer.

Noble is a series of fortunate mistakes fueled by inspiration by desperation.

The application of wood as a face plate was done because I couldn't afford a laser machine.

Which then led to other applications of different materials, which eventually changed the ciem industry....

Honestly folks, there is a book that should be written.

I really love my K10u (mass drop, the original model was out of my price range). I wanted a pair for years and I am very pleased with it. It can (and most often does) sound amazing. I love the slightly elevated bass response and suspect that I'd not enjoy its successor quite so much. It can sound truly crap too, but that's because it's revealing just how terrible some of my 80s Hard Rock collection was recorded :D.

I like to think that there will always be something special about the K10.
