The Sage is a replacement to the Savant. While the savant was a favorite of mine, the bass driver physical design made manufacturing a bit difficult. We consulted with Knowles and had proprietary drivers developed, correcting the issues we had with the savant, and added a touch more bass to the sound quality as well. (price 600usd)

Parts are at our production facility now, and we are ramping up for the holidays

does this means Savant is gone?

Can we expect a lightning cable / DAC, at least as an option for Noble IEMs, at some point in the future ? If yes then I definitely see myself shelling out the money for a pair of Kaiser Encore within the same timeframe as the availability of said cable:p

They have changeable cables so you can use anything you want as long as it uses a 2 pin connection. I am sure there will be custom lightning headphone cables available soon if there isn't already.

What a terrible day, doing errands, eating lunch, I could tell every person knew I was listening to the old K10. I could feel them mocking and laughing at me in their minds. Thanks John.

In all seriousness. I know Wata doesn't do serious!
Anyone who is bummed about owning the "old" K10 is being a bit silly IMO.
You own one of the best IEM'/CIEM's on the planet!
I am proud to own a piece from Noble and expect them to always be pushing forward. Zigging where others Zag.
Maybe one day I will own another generation of their flagship. Maybe I won't.
Still got awesomeness in my ears whenever I want. :)

So at this juncture can you request the more bass k10 over the newer k10 in a custom? Is there a lot of difference?

Yes, and No

On the Noble web site, the K10UA will no longer be available, that being said there are some Noble dealers that still have the K10UA in their inventory.

Not sure if you can answer here or if you prefer by private message but what would happen with my K10UA sent for RMA a few days before the red/silver K10UA went out of stock?
Do you still have enough of the old parts in inventory to fix it?
Many thanks!

As I can understand although the bass remain the same, more of the mids will let you feel less bass at the same volume, and when you tune up the volume with more bass, the mids could become too much for someone......

I have tried Dulce Bass and it cannot replace k10u in overall SQ. So the new Kaiser encore is probably not perfect for bass lovers?

Rushing to judgements without hearing the product, accomplishes little.
I'm not inclined to throw the baby out with the bath water, and I'm not sure the k10 was perfect for bass lovers or at least not perfect for all bass lovers. Sound quality is subjective, so perfect is a moving target.

Those that have heard the kaiser encore have stated it is an improvement over the kaiser 10, if that wasn't the case, the kaiser encore would never have been released to the public.

No one had said there is less bass, what Tom said was the highs and lows were not emphasized, in other words, there was no attempt to adjust that area of the kaiser encore sound. Two massive ci drivers still pound out bass on the kaiser Encore

Thanks for the clarification. What needs to happen is i need to get to an event wher i can audition the line before i purchase. Hopefully there will be a North Carolina can jam in early 2017 and Noble will be there, or i will just have to trust a coin flip between the Django and the K10 lol. I so know i am not looking for a flat refrance sound or a high centric sound.
