@FullCircIe I don't suppose you will have these to purchase/view at CanJam London? Going to be attending next week so purchasing it from you then instead of waiting for shipping to the UK would be great!

I doubt they will have reached California before Brannan leaves for London

Im not too sure, if everything will be done in time for your order.
The answer is all related to time.
a- the ctc needs to to arrive in California
b- system has to be implemented in which you can place an order for the ctc
c- ctc inventory needs to shipped to the CIEM lab
Your CIEM build may be completed before the above can be done.
To further the mix:
We know that the CTC can be used for Universals (fits just right.) But we don't know for a fact that your CIEMs will fit the CTC, I don't know that because size of the CIEMs are individualized per customer.
We recently had a customer use a UE container to carry his CIEMs. When he closed the container, his CIEMs really didn't fit within the container properly, and he crushed/broke his CIEMs.
So, his situation inspired this CTC.
The CTC is made from transparent/smoke acrylic, which will allow the owner of the CIEMs to visualize what is going on inside the container as he/she closes it.
If the owner sees that in order to close the CTC, pressure is being applied to the CIEMs, they should then elect not to use the CTC.
(The problem with this scenario, is the owner doesn't know if their CIEMs fit before they purchase the CTC.)
CIEMs are built to fit customer's ears, not the CTC. It is a safe bet that the Pelican 1010 will fit anyone's CIEMs, but the CTC is an unknown.
The outer Diameter of the CTC is about 70mm
The outer Height of the CTC is about 34mm

I am the one whom John is talking about with regards to using the UE case. This is also the item I was told about and sent pictures of, knowing it was coming out. I said it was going to be something a lot would want. I don't know if I will be getting the first one when they arrive, but as soon as I get it, I will report back on whether it works properly. I have spoken with John about these and if they are about the same size as the cases UE now sells, the customs should work, its all going to come down to the inside dimensions, they look size wise about the same as the UE cases. I tried one at CanJam, they are perfect for my customs, most likely for everyone elses also.

Personalization seems a good idea too, if possible. Will probably get one for mine, when will it be up on the website to purchase?

After
1 - they arrive in California
2 - the web site is prepared
Brannan has the London meet to attend in a few days, so it is hard to give an exact time. Brannan would be better at answering that question

It is a shame that they won't arrive in time to take to CanJam as the fitting reason you mentioned is exactly why I wanted to try it out first. To mix it up even more I am using a much thicker third party cable which is currently Toxic SW22 but early next week will be a Hydra 18 IEM (which actually has a smaller overall diameter despite more thickness of metal).
On a different note, you say it is make of smoked acrylic so you can see inside to make sure you aren't crushing your CIEMs. I assume this mean it doesn't have any padding on the inside as that would block visibility, that correct?

Currently no padding is involved

Same here...
Well I modded my 1010 to make it more practical. I cut off the clip on points at the side to reduce the size a bit and then glued in better foam. Now when you shake it there is no rattle at all and everything sits much more securely inside.
