Thanks for the rear view Jason - you've done a superb job of cramming so much functionality into that enclosure without making it look cramped. Kudos.

Maybe this will clear some things up:

Wow it just got a little better, this would be a serious option to replace my current pre-amp (if it only could come in black and with a remote..........) so I could get rid an extra "box" and interlink connects in my set-up. Just waiting for this beauty to hit the ground in The Netherlands for an audition.

It would be nice to hear from a few head-fiers that auditioned the Rag at the SoCal meet. Did anyone compare the Rag with the Mjolnir?

+1
Did anybody get a listen at the OC meet? HD800s?

You know, now when I look at the Ragnarok, it starts to get more attractive. :) Certainly 1500$ is worth it for such a thing, if the execution is perfect.

But, does it have a remote?

Yes, same here.  Real world impressions of Ragnarok vs. Mjolnir on any headphones?  What does Jason say?

So desktop use only for this amp. I have to say, in that case 60W is really all you need.

But is it really that hard to do a remote controlled stepped attenuator?
