Got it on 19 august.

Feeling like I am experiencing some "burn-in", as I have been allowing my Roxanne Uni's to remain plugged into my MacBook, cycling through my iTunes while I work. Maybe I am getting more accustomed to the JH sound sig, but things are only getting better.

Purchased January, Received early April. Defective on arrival, get authorization to send it back 2 months later, comes back still defective, send it in again, comes back working and now the cable is dead =/

My first Roxanne had a LR imbalance.  I bought it from Todd (TTVJ) and he sent another one overnight to me  immediately without waiting for the defective one to be shipped back to him.That's customer service!

Roxanne cable jacks are the piece of ****. I had 2 of them died in 2 months. I sent them to Moon audio and they replaced the jacks. I have no problem since.

I think he meant the little flimsy jack was replaced, not the whole cable.

Yes, only the jack part and the bass is adjustable.

My universals were bought off eBay. But within North America. Surprised there weren't more bids on it, honestly. Got them for a hair over 1k.

The listing was kinda funny in that the guy said that he got them and liked them but then his wide found out how much they cost...
