N ow i know there are tons of threads out there  i am a newbie here from Australia>> tasmania...
 
looking for a decent set of cans to use for gaming and listening to music( Philips go gear aria).. source is just a plain ol on-board sound... a new motherboard with what i was told is a decent source(asrock 880g extreme 3 motherboard)
 
my budget is a maximum of 270 aud....
 
i have a few in my cross-hairs

i don't have a preference if its closed or open .. only want circumaural sets
 
now my purchase is going to be an improvement from my previous set that was>>>>> Sony MDR-CD280 CD Series Headphones
 
i want my new set to obviously be better that them(which wernt bad at all) ..so any suggestions fellow members
