It would be nice to have that feature, but I actually rather like the cooler display temperature. Coming from the DX200 with its warm display, it's a breath of fresh air to see a display that doesn't look like old paper.

Sparrow is thinner, leaner sounding and a touch more bright.
The M15 and Colibri are quite close and maybe a little more organic.
But none of them can touch the dynamics and fuller sound of the M11S
It is bigger, bolder and more expansive.
More powerful and better grip for headphones.
Better power supply and the extra electronics inside it pay off.
It is also more silent with a blacker background but the Colibri is also quite close.
What you have to ask yourself is what kind of use are looking for and then decide.
But this is a rather vague discussion because there are so many products to add like the BTR7 or the iFi Go bar etc....

Thank you for your opinion. This is indeed not easy for me. In principle, I would like to have a portable system that I can use in bed or on business trips in the evening at the hotel. So it doesn't have to be very mobile. But it should sound as good as possible. Price range would be about 500-600€. So far I always thought with the smartphone and a Colibri or even Mojo 2 you have a good or for the price the best system for IEM's without the battery is too fast empty.

With the topic of DAP I have never dealt but must say that I like the idea (1 device and all apps like Qobuz, Spotify Audio Player Pro, etc.)

I Need some help here.
Received my M11S yesterday. I‘ve put in an SD Card : 256 GB SanDisk Extreme V30 Brandnew. Formated it inside the player as external Memory an put some files on it.
Folder: Music/Flac/Artist/Album/01 track

Using the Fiio Music App brings a „Stutter“ After the First few second of each track. Always the same regardless of highres or redbook quality.

With the Apple Music App there is No such stutter.

The stutter ist really disturbing while listening to music and playing music via Fiio App should be a Basic feature, so I guess I‘ve done something wring here. But I dont‘t know what it could bei

I had similar problem. Solved by copying the files back to the micro SD card. I don't know what happened, but it seems to me that the files got corrupted for some reason. However, I had a certain problem in starting some tracks of a CD that extract the songs in FLAC.

Apple Music is not bit perfect unfortunately. It never changed resolution once it sets to the first resolution. I am waiting for a solution from Fiio.

Unfortunately, unless you use an Apple product, there is no default "bit perfect solutions" sorry. This is both on Windows and on Mac.

Yes, the power button of M11S does not have the LED indicator. So there is no light for the power button in M11S.
