Hi, I'm new to this kind of stuff but have read many posts in this forum to decide on what kind of headphones I'm looking for. I found a deal- a broken in, 2 year old ultrasone proline 750 (for $100). I've been leaning towards purchasing either Pro 750's or ATH ESW9's... Should I bite the bullet and purchase them considering that this would be my first set of headphones? or should I just wait and save up for brand new ones?

Really MalVeau? I really have mixed feelings when it comes to used things especially with ones that people put on their heads haha. - This accounts for my lack of knowledge and experience with headphones.
 
Anything I should watch out for when I check them out?..
