I go to medical school in another country and realied last night at about 3am that I want to order over the ear closed cans to get one day delivered to my house so my parents can bring them here tomorrow. I need to decide in like 3 hours which ones I want but I am very confused... I can spend about 200 maybe 250 max. I listen mostly to trance, techno etc so would like a little bass in my tunes.

I have looked around here and got stuff like the M50s, ultrasone 580 as being up there. But I want to know what the most comfortable and best sounding would be for that price range and hopefully I can find it on amazon for one day shipping haha.

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro (80ohm if you are not using an amp). Big bass. Very comfortable.

Sennheiser HD25-1 II. A classic. Over the ear, great isolation, punchy tight and fast bass. The only down is that some people find then uncomfortable (not me). About 200.

Those are on-ear though, not over ear. I'm not sure if that is a critical difference to the OP, but worth mentioning.

If you do not have an amp - get the 80ohm.

Even if you get an amp later, these will only improve, but one is not necessary yet.

Any amp will do really, one of Fiio's amps or a cMoy would be fine if you can get one or anything else...250 Ohm is not much, so any amp you can find will do.

Should run on just about anything... FiiO E7 will give you a DAC as a bonus, for less than $90...
