I never heard this DAP, so I can not tell.

the reason why I asked is because you already have WM-1Z. Beside the power output, I can not think of any possible reason that you still keep on the look out for newer DAPs ? Practicality of Androids ? Which isn’t found in this DAP.

I am seeking for the best sounding dap actually, I do love my wm1z, recently did a brutal fight 1 vs 1 with cayin n6ii. Now I had cayin N8 on my sight. I do wish we could have a side loaded apk in wm1z for spotify Also android daps dont feel as reliable and fast vs a custom ui. I am disapointed in that though, and sound wise I felt no difference playing spotify straight out of a android dap or via ldac....

Unless I’m mistaken this dap doesn’t have apps or wifi or Bluetooth so would it be right for you? Even if it sounds amazing?

You need a Sony DMP-Z1.... with WiFi streaming...

which unfortunately do not exist.

IF the DMP-Z1 did offered WiFi streaming and an iPad app to double it’s ridiculously small screen... I will already own one.

You can stream spotify from your phone over bluetooth to WM1Z and hear it via wired connection from WM1Z.

but what I am really afraid is that I spend this much money only to learn this dap isn't as good. That would be a nitemare.
