How does the v30 compare to something like the Fiio x5 mk iii and x7 mk ii ?

I order my V30+ this morning then actually saw a V30 in carphonewarehouse for the first time today.

Quality/design looks great but one concern, the demo unit showed loads of screen burn/retention but does look like the store demo is on all the time. Anybody experiencing screen burn in normal use?

No, MQA files are NOT being re-sampled. However, I'm not sure yet whether it's fully unfolding the MQA files. Need to dig some more...

Same here. Got it on release day in the States with no burn in. Also, don't know if i was lucky or not but color isn't significantly off when Boeing at an angle.

V30+ still my best phone experience to date. Bought since Nov, no burn in or weird blue tint at an angle.

Installed Greenify and phone seems like I just opened it on the first day. That's mostly thanks to the app but the phone still runs through everything like butter.

That would be what you need for high impedance mode but totally unnecessary for aux mode.

I am not sure if it is good or not. I have yet found a need to go into high impedance mode. To go into aux mode all you need to do is plug in the cable without a headphone or IEM connected and then connect your IEM or headphones.
