As above said, Dukei is the first stop, but I think there were more mentioned is this thread before. Mine was assembled locally in Russia

Varies depending on the parts the builder uses. But it's between 2500-3300 from what Ive heard. Was able to snag a maxed out one in the classifieds for about 3k
