Interested in hearing your impressions as well. I'm looking at the T1 as my next upgrade for the exact same reasons.....coming from a D7000 as well. I did have a chance to audition the T1 and was impressed by it.

I'm beginning to think this may be the case. Most impressions I'm reading say the T1s prefer a tube amp and in my experience the Darkvoice is a pretty good amp, especially when paired with the HD650.

If it does turn out that the Burson doesn't pair well with the T1 I still have my WA6 to work with.

Likewise. Although that doesn't bother me too much, since I don't have an amp and they also just sold their last Corda Concerto!

 At the rate they're being sold, I'm ordering a pair right now so that I don't miss out on the special (which is first come, first served).
