Thinking about this amp to run a pair of HE1000SE planars. I'm using the Mojo 2 headphone driver at the moment but figure they may well need a little more drive.
As I'll still be using the Mojo 2 as the DAC I wondered if anyone had the same setup and could comment on the fact that the best quality output from the Mojo 2 is at 3V and above, and the TA-20 Plus has no low gain mode.
Is that going to cause an issue with a volume knob that has very little useable range?
Is there a maximum input voltage to the RCA connectors?

Xduoo replied to me and said max voltage to the RCAs is 4.5v so all good

Interesting! Care to share any impressions? Obviously two very different amps with different topologies and prices, but still.
I’ve used Sivga SV023 with both. Now I am selling Sivga and TA-26, as I use Arya Stealth with TA-20. With SV023 (300 Ohm) TA-26 has more meaty and bloomy, which is fine with jazz and pop, but not very good for fast metal. TA-20 plus have more fast bass and far better soundstage on balanced output. Like it very much even with stock tubes. Also like it much more than Topping A90D. Using it with Genalex Gold Lion 12AU7/GZ34 tubes.

From usability standpoint TA-26 volume is problematic, as it’s very loud from the start, so to use it I turned volume down on DAC. TA-20 volume control is very convinient, use it at volume 30 on DAC fixed volume.

Overall TA-20 Plus is better amp.
