In fact I found the M9+ a bit too punchy.

Too warm? Too punchy? or Just right? Ive got one coming the end of the week. I loved my M6 Pro 21. Just sold it and picked up a DX320 and the M9 +. I'll shoot them out against each other next week.

I absolutely LOVE the 320. Really love it. It's reference DAP that is so well articulated across the spectrum. The resolution and detail retrieval is stunning. I'm hoping the M9+ can best it. The thing that attracted me to the M9+ are the reviews that said it doesn't have the typical shanling warmth and it more reference tuned than anything else in the line up. @Frabera , what do you mean by "punchy" too punchy.... Actually this should be over on the M9+ thread but I guess it will help with understanding the impressions of the M8T that will be rolling in shortly.

Regarding the resolution and detail retrieval you won't be disappointed with the M9+ it is really a reference, regarding the dynamics I found it bit too much, it may creates fatigue especially on the treble side.

My M8T arrived yesterday afternoon. My plan is to write a full review in a 2-3 weeks, however my very early impressions are very positive. The tube option is the most obvious change of sound presentation I've experencied with a tube system (comparing to Korg in N8ii and Cayin C9)

Even Though the M8T is quiet powerful it would have been even greater to have even more power like 2,000 Mva at 32 ohms, this will have put this flagship on top like the iBasso DX 340 to be almost as good as a desktop, but the price would not have been the same, maybe this will be done on the M9T...

I’m wanting to transfer files to the M8T, but I can’t figure out how to put it into FTP or ADB. Is it possible to transfer via USB on this device?
