Maybe if you bought the Diana edition, you could ask the question to TEOS info@theevolutionofsound.com , though they are not selling them anymore, they may have a more reliable contact at lotoo who can at least give you a yes or no.

The new US distributor is checking into it. I would think any Lotoo Paw Gold back panel would screw in and look fine. The blemish is barely noticeable, but I am a little crazy about keeping my stuff in perfect shape

I wrote them about 5 days ago on an email. How long did it take for you to hear? I would think replacement parts for a product this expensive would be available to some degree.

I always heard well within 36 hours of business day time (not counting weekends), which I attributed a half day to around-the-world time zone difference.

I'm thinking somebody has a spare back panel for a Diana out there somewhere. It is a minor blemish, but I still wanted to replace it... the body of the player hasn't really changed so not sure why a current back panel wouldn't work.
