Hi,

I got my Micro IDSD BL from my dealer last year (June 2018), so it is still under warrantly.. I broke off the IEM-match switch underneath a couple of days ago, it was quite surprising since I rarely use it and there wasn’t much force when switching it.. I use the red Turbo switch on the side more frequently for very low gain recordings to drive my Aeon Flow Open.. Anyway, now I have to use a ballpen’s bottom end to engage the broken switch for the IEM-match.. My dealer say’s their replacement policy is only applicable if the unit is malfunctioning all of a sudden or if there’s a factory defect, and not a physical damage.. Is there a way to order a switch for this in order for them to repair it? Thanks!

The switch should push right back on. I did the same thing when I first got my iDSD BL and when I matched up the hole on the plastic switch to the pin it clicked right back on....

Thank you! My eyes are bad, especially the left one that I didn’t see the tiny hole behind the round switch that popped out. I thought it just broke off.. All is good now.. If this round tiny thing have gotten lost then I would’ve gone nuts (at least temporarily..) Thanks again.. You’ve saved me a lot of anxiety.

Have been away for ages, just updated the BL firmware to 5.30C and noticed the colors which represent the bit rate format is all showing 1 color - yellow (including charging)

Is this normal? There is no way to differentiate what the BL is playing now according to the color led?

Yup, it's normal. Yellow LED indicates our GTO filter engaged and every samplig rate is subject to it.

Thanks for the reply, so how would we know if the BL is outputting native format instead of up sampled?
And what are the differences btw GTO filter and the previous Min Phase Filter?

Simple. Use firmware 5.2.

That is interesting. I received my micro iDSD BL yesterday and could swear the driver app said my micro is on firmware 5.3C, but I'm getting green instead of yellow with the filter set to minimum phase (now GTO?). Perhaps I should try upgrading the firmware to see if it changes to yellow?
