I would definitely try a different charger for sure, but also try restarting while plugged in different charger with both the SD card and the amp board removed.

Maybe you contact Paul. Maybe he can help you to make the repair faster.Hate to say it guys and gals but I'm jumping the iBasso ship. I've had enough issues in less than 6 months and calling it quits. More than likely go the Fiio M17 or Shanling M7 (when it's released) route. Haven't decided just yet but iBasso repair center might be sending my unit back to China which will no doubt take months before I see the unit again.

I have tried all the above. Two 35w type c chargers two Sseperate cables and power and play for 30 seconds or more. Tried all buttons together, power + vol up and vol down. Nothing worked. I already shipped it out anyhow. Sucks I know but it is what it is....now we just wait and hope for the best.

Nice find.Oh wow! I just found a great picture that may explain even better of why MicroSD can effect sound quality, and why it is like a SOC itself

The architecture of the SD card looks very similar and functions like a computer Same type of I/O systems, buffers, cpu, controllers firmware etc...so basically the higher end the components should function at a higher level and be able to reproduce the sound more accurately. Very interesting. I had no idea SD cards were so advanced.I dont understand a word but i believe you

Yes, they do a nice job but I hope the bass lightens up. Pretty thumpy.I could never imagined that iems could produce such a grand sound. Ist just so big and dynamic, with analog and natural flavor, it's hard to believe, even at 5x of the cost.

Can you repost a short cut to your recommended SDs?Oh wow! I just found a great picture that may explain even better of why MicroSD can effect sound quality, and why it is like a SOC itself

For me bass has perfect quantity, i like a very solid bass line. I find only one problem with them- the stage is bit shallow. When i switch between Timeless and IT07, its very noticeable but not in every song. IT07 have a lot of space between instruments but its tricky too, as they have smaller sounds. So the space is very similar but smaller sound sources give an impression of more air between them. On the Timeless everything is bigger so there is less air between the sounds. Everything else is very impressive for me. Great dynamics, very good stage width, AMAZING tuning and timbre.Yes, they do a nice job but I hope the bass lightens up. Pretty thumpy.
If you like the Timeless but think the bass is thumpy, your IEM is the Shuoer S12.Yes, they do a nice job but I hope the bass lightens up. Pretty thumpy.
It is like the Timeless with a little more treble and a faster, more defined bass.

I would also think it depends on the cable and if 3.5 or 4.4, since the Timeless seem to like power. They can suck as much power has a full sized headphone. Interesting IEMs. But this thread is about the DX300.If you like the Timeless but think the bass is thumpy, your IEM is the Shuoer S12.

All that electronics is just to give you a string of 0s and 1s at a certain speed. There's no more. Just 0s and 1s.Oh wow! I just found a great picture that may explain even better of why MicroSD can effect sound quality, and why it is like a SOC itself
All SD will give the same string of 0s and 1s for the same file. If not, the file simply won't work.
