Aside from the first one (My concerned whether it is significant or not). This is not really a big problem to mind for ngl.

We still don't know how the new screen would performs tho. If it is less bright than the current screen then it can save battery

The existing dx160 is already very great. Even the screen. I like how bright it is even though I dont really look at the screen that much to save battery. I hope that most, if not all, current dx160 issues get fixed with the 2020 version

Not to sure how I feel about this, as I just bought mine, and now it has been upgraded (fixed). Seems strange to me, and does not leave me feeling good. So will the new DX160 have the same noise issues?

There sure are changes that were not shown in that post. Ibasso would get themselves killed if there are major changes from the existing dx160 specially since the new version is offered for the same price
