Does anyone make a RSA to TRRS adaptor? I have two TRRS cables for my Transl 1 plus 2 and would like to use them with my 901.

  Double Helix does them :)

Jwm, so what you really have are 2 cables with RSA (Kobiconn) male connectors and you want an adapter to a TRRS plug.

You can make your own: http://www.head-fi.org/t/675333/trrs-to-trs-adapter-3-5mm-balanced-trrs-to-single-ended-trs-adapter/15
Although that one is a 3 conductor stereo plug, it could be made with a 4 conductor TRRS plug.

As VisceriousZero said, Double Helix makes alot of adapters and may be able make what you need:

Nope but aren't they like 600 dollars at least? Besides the 901 is already a bit slow with 128gb so I think 256 will be very slow...especially startup.

This is a good point here.  I noticed the 32GB cards are a lot better performers than even 64GB cards.  I had two of those and ordered two 128's so I will get used to the speed but hopefully firmware updates will improve the reading in of cards.

Just found a useful shortcut that I wasn't aware of!

From anywhere on the home screen while a song is playing, if you double click the home button it gets you back to the track playing screen instead of having to go to "now playing". (My firmware 1.081)

Another interesting find!

If your cover art "folder.jpg" is less than 225x225 pixels it will show on the 901 as the full cover square
Instead of a cropped section.
Note: I havn't tried slightly larger than 225 yet so the actual dimensions to achieve square album art may go up to eg, 250x250.

Browsing and searching through 128Gb of music is already a pain so 256GB would be pointless for me. I really hope Hifiman get their acts together an quickly improve the firmware and add features because the 901 just sound superb.

The most interesting question regarding scan/read time is: What is the read speed of the player itself?
My point is that if your SDXC card is ultra fast - like 45MB/s or more, which we pay dearly for - and the DAP itself is only able to read like 8-9MB/s, then the extra money is wasted. Well, except when loading files to the card, but that's another story.

I asked customer service. Now we will see what they come up with.

The elegant one is this, I think:

It is the answer to the prayer of the DIY-unable people looking at Komkrit's thread (quoted above).
