It's basically an R2R DAC on a chip, and close to real bit perfect. It just sounds more detailed with no harshness and is very smooth.

That said, you have excellent delta sigma DACs. But, delta sigma and R2R sound different. It's a different flavor so to speak.
Thanks - I'm quite excited to try one.

Well, if you want, i am returning my beloved Gungnir Multibit A2 with Unison (it's got the maximum upgrades) to TheMusicRoom.com , It'll be relisted sometime next week. ~$799.
It sounds very close to my Yggy, which is an A1. There are also A2, more is better, and less is more versions that are all slight upgrades. ish.
The Max Gumby sounds very close to y Yggy A1.
There is also a Yggy OG in black with A2 and Unison on Ebay right now with zero bids (yet) and 18 hours remaining in the auction, $1699 to open. Many say the A2 OG is the best of all Yggys. Idk if i can post links in here but i'll pm it to u if u want.

Another fantastic R2R is the Denefrips Pontus II 12-th 1. I was getting one of those 3.

Warwick bravura (could not afford the arperio)!!!!
I had the Bravura. It did many things astonishingly well but in the end I think the DAC was holding it back. Plus, when I turned the volume up to semi-loud levels, I would hear a lot of distortion and/or clipping.

Oh wow-thanks for sharing. I heard it at the Melbourne hifi show last year and was very impressed!!!! But I didn’t have it too loud. Crisp, clear, dynamic, punchy, great bass imo. Bugger about the distortion though…..

Yes, and I'm not the only person to make that comment. If you search around you will hear other people with the same experiences.

I have a question.
Hifiman has 3.5 mm sockets/connectors, and Susvara has 3.5 mm sockets as well.
3.5 mm are always unbalanced, right?
How is it possible to connect a balanced XLR cable or 4.4 mm or 2.5 mm?

I am not tech-good; what's the deal?

Cheers!
