There were HE-6’s (three of them) on Amazon a couple of hours ago for 350 dollar (!) for sale. Anyone grab them? The store had +200 positive feedbacks so I was very very tempted but it was too late to call my father for his creditcard info since I don’t have one unfortunately

100% a scam. People get the login credentials for legit selling accounts then ask you to make the purchase outside amazon. It shows up on a lot of headphone and camera lenses.

Nope--it's throwing your money down the sewer. No matter how good the feedback, never go outside the Amazon communication system and order process to buy a product listed by a thirde party seller on Amazon. Some fraudster has merely cooped another seller's storefront.

BTW--I recently came across a seller stealing and using product pictures from a legit seller on EBay. The dumb-dumb showed the product on the island of the legit seller's kitchen. Another seller with prices probably too good to be true.

No Amazon protection applies if you take the bait and "buy" outside the Amazon web site purchase process.

BTW--just saw another similar fraudster fraudster selling on Amazon with a 100% rating (more than just a handful of feedback) that requires contact through their encrypted email address to place an order.

If it’s less than $800 or so it’s probably a scam. I wouldn’t sell he6 for less than $1300.

As they are no longer available, over 1k isn’t out of the question. Amazon had them for 1k for a long time.

Just swapped my HD800S for a mint pair of HE-6...and I am glad I did. Never really liked that wide soundstage...
