Yes I will, that wont happen before maybe a week or 2 tho.
As I need a preamp, and only have HE-Adapter while waiting for the BTG cable.

My desktop/laptop computer. I can lend a Essence HDACC if I want to, but I'm not sure.
What determine wether its a bad pre or not to pair with a F6? And ofc, I would still need to use the HE-Adapter.
And here are the specs of a F6:

ok. Specs are very similar to those of F5.

You don't need the HE adapter (it contains series + parallel resistors inside).

Better make your own simple adapter from 4-pin to speaker terminals.

Unfortunately, you need an active pre as F6's gain is not suitable for passive pres and normal-output sources!

Did anyone notice on the new HiFiMAN store the HE-6 are listed? If they were discontinued, why would they list them on a brand new store website?

As I understand it, their last production run has/is happened/happening, so they would still have stock for the present.

Got my M11 tonight, listening to it with the HE6 balanced right now. The biggest difference with the nfb 10.33 is that the treble is better tamed, don't hear any significant spikes anymore. I'd think that's the R2R DAC working its charm. Otherwise the sound is as amazing as it was, just what I expected. I got the modded version for HE6 (essentially has an extra +6db boost).  The unit itself is quite beautiful. I think my amp/DAC search is over...for now.

Schiit Mjolnir has balanced pre-outs. First Watt F6 has RCA inputs, can I use XLR - RCA adapter or will the Mjolnir go nuts then?

Already finished their last run a little while ago, unless someone orders enough to do a full batch It seems a no-go at this stage!
