looking at the eq i feel like an idiot lol.  i just chose the live concert preset and changed the bass.  Now it's basically flat with little differences

My HE400 is on the selling block if anyone's interested. Upgraded me to an HE4 and doing the HE400 no justice with so much time just sitting. If anyone is interested:

Anyone know if there's a pad that conforms the shape of one's head better than the stock pleather or velour pads?  (will Jergpads do?)  They are both pretty stiff and I want to get the best of the sub-bass with a proper seal.

I've been using the stock D2000 pads straight off of my D2000. Pretty damn comfortable and great sounding. I was able to swap them over to the HE-400 pad ring without any modifications, took less than 10 minutes. I did just install the foam rings from the stock pleathers between the plastic HE-400 attatchment ring and the white plastic support of the D2000 pads. This added a little spacing, increased comfort a touch. I can't really say it effected sound much, maybe a little less impact if anything but worth the cost of extra comfort.
