Well, now if you added in the PA10 that would be able to drive the 660s2 with it's 6.2Vrms output on high gain. Joining @YanaMJ on trigger fingers, can't wait for tomorrow to receive the PA10. Now just have to wait a bit longer for the Hiby.

It was showing as last unit available which was a very decisive factor in thinking if I should or shouldn't get it.

I really don't see the point of carrying both. Defeats the idea of a portable DAP

There's no need to always use the PA10 though. It can just be used for driving some hard to drive Headphones or when listening to some music at home away from the desk. I don't know about the higher end stuff but most budget to mid tier DAPs have decent DACs but are held back by their Amps, atleast that has been my experience.

100% agree with John on the power when needed point. Also depends on use case - if you want one device that fits in your pocket, you can just take the DAP out and about, keeping the Amp for home listening. On a train/ plane you could have both sitting on the pull down food tray and similarly in a car (as long as you aren't the driver ) have it sitting to the side in one of the pockets. Or in a backpack (depending on the design), with just the wire coming out to your iem's and then use hibycast to control the DAP from your smartphone (if you've got enough data - hotspot to the DAP). Its not too hefty, considering the iPad Pro is 643g and the two combined is 610g, but that's just my train of thought.

It is a really good colour! I think the 7-8 hours on balanced is alright for a short trip or single journey. I plan to use the line out and found this really cute looking battery pack (10'000mah - so two additional charges which should extend the battery to last a longer time). Found it on AliExpress for £25.

- warm, neutral sound
- rich bass replay
- tube-like sound with less distortion

- HibyOS (as with all Android OS) has some kinks with Apple Music

Purple isn't for me.
Will hold out for a while to see if it materialises
