Ok thanks Mike, no i don't want you to potentially break your Dap also. I was just hoping it had been a previously known thing. Thanks.
There's only one amplifier in the DAP and it needs to work differently to play to the balanced and SE outputs. So no.

Tried swipe left, doesn't work.
what about right?

(I know which way I'm swiping, to make it disappear, but perhaps one person's swipe left is another's "swipe right" in words)

Strange, I just tried it on Soundfield and Balance, swipe left and drag left both work. But it didn't work on the Spacializer and Virtualizer plugins. I don't want to install again and try just to see.

Sorry for ranting, but 3 updates later, the top status is still messed up when battery percentage is enabled.
And the 12hr clock is shown without am/pm. It seems like a very obvious UI problem that no one noticed ?

Out of curiosity, I've recently got a CA Andromeda and those babies are damn sensitive (and fantastic I'd add)... while using on the R6G3 I've noticed a small hiss and when pausing the player, the hiss continues for a couple seconds then goes out (I believe the DAC enters standby).

Is this normal/expected? I don't hear the same in my SMSL C200 desktop DAC/AMP.

Just got mine delievered from Amazon today. Question: I just turn on MSEB in Audio settings, then hook up my HD660S2, just 1 song (flac) and the whole device is very warm. Is it normal?
Did you do a music scan in hiby music player? your other music may show up then. It can get warm more so in class 'a' mode not as warm in 'ab' class.

Does anyone know if Hiby R6 III can drive hifiman sundara?
I use mine with Sundara, and using high gain it drives them well enough, especially using the balanced output from the Hiby.

Ditto. Mine arrived from Amazon today with a 44% charge. Updated the firmware, then I put in a SD card with NIN FLAC files and set to Class A, Mid Gain and played on my Noire. Very warm after 5 minutes and after 20 min, can't even hang onto it more that a few seconds. Oh, and that charge 44% charge was down to 5% in 25 min.
I then charged to 90%, let it play again and still got really hot. After 80 min battery was at 5%.
This can't be normal. I'll play with it a for few more days to make sure it doesn't improve and then return to Amazon. Haven't decided if I'll try a same replacement or just refund and buy something else. Seems like most folks are pretty happy with it.
It DOES sound great! But if I put this in my pocket it'll set my pants on fire and not in a fun way.

According to android's programming, items on the right side of the notification shade can only go up to the middle. What you see is what happens when there are more items to be displayed than there is room available to display. It displays a few items, then a dot (with some space around it) appears to indicate that not all items could be displayed.

I have yet to receive an answer regarding the am/pm thing but obviously that would take up more space (again). I don't yet know why there appears to be empty space available to the right, perhaps it can be utilized, perhaps not.

Class A will do that. Switch to Class AB and test it that way.
