Anyone have a link to battery replacement which fits in R6 or have a dimensions of original ? I have ordered R6 with poor condition battery but I wouldn't like to open it before I get new battery.

Could you please post a link ?
Does service@hiby.com count? We aren't charging much for changing the battery at all. It's where you are relative to where we are that's the main problem, I guess...

Exactly, shipping charges and changes in EU customs law since 1st July is main problem. I have ordered battery to my device. It have different dimensions but should fit. Thanks for your help offer over customer service at email. You have very honest and low price service.

Haven’t used the R6 in a while. Picked it up for a listening session and it had peeled apart. Been sitting in an air-conditioned room under shade. No ambient heat. Have to assume the battery blew.

I finally got around to looking at my R6 more. I was planning to repair it, but the battery bulge pushed things so far out I think the damage is beyond repair. It has been disposed of. Shame, as this thing was a nice piece of gear.

The old Magic 8 Ball says "outlook not good" for whether I invest in a Hiby product again.

My R6 has developed a strange issue. When i use bluetooth iem's it won't play the next track unless i press the power button to wake the screen up. It will do this for one or two tracks or dozens of tracks randomly. Sometimes a reboot solves the problem sometimes not. It never does it when wired. Anyone else experience anything like it?

I've updated the firmware and it says i'm now on the latest version and i'm using Tranya T3's.

Seems to be an issue with Android doze. What's the actual firmware version you're on?

Thanks. Our technical team is now looking into the issue.
Thanks Joe, I turned off doze mode for the Hiby Music app but it hasn't made any difference. I thought it initially had because i had a good couple of days but yesterday every the player stopped after every track. I look forward to a solution if there is one.

Alright Guys I have fixed R6 by myself for about 12 USD as cost of new battery and shipping to me. I couldn't find original model 575593 anywhere. Even HiBy refuse to send battery alone because of shipping restrictions. I have checked space inside DAP and found in catalog that model 485780 may fit. Ordered on Ali here : https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32917292817.html About 6 weeks of waiting and Today I have received it. Fits perfectly. My HiBy R6 is like new now. Battery life before was 2h at 2.5mm output with M1570 headphones. Now battery life is around 6h :) Wonderful sound from this DAP !

I had to take the same step... How did you get the back glass healed? For me, it was so glued that I had to destroy it to get to the metal plate. Under which the battery sits. Now a slightly larger 5000 mAh battery is in it. The place does not matter. Since the back is now open. So I had to adjust the rubber cover a bit. Now I finally have a decent battery life again and otherwise I can cope with the construction...

Hair dryer I had also tried, but probably did not have enough stamina. But as I said, the battery is bigger anyway. Since the back glass would not have fit on it anyway...

Someone can help me and give an info about pinout of coax cable for HiBy R6 ? HiBy support says only that is "standard" cable . 3.5mm TRRS to RCA is not standard in my opinion. I would name a standard RCA-RCA coax cable.

EDIT. Alright I have found solution by myself. HiBy didn't answered to my ask so bad feedback from me to them. Here is solution :
