Being a basshead isn't an easy job, and I'd like to make it a little easier on all the other bassheads out there. This weekend I'm going to write a review on all the "basshead" headphones I own (I pretty much own all of them). Now fellow bassheads and head-fi forum goers I need your help!

Here is a list of all the "basshead" headphones I own:

audio technica ath-m50
shure SRH750DJ
beyerdynamic dt990 pro(250 ohm variant)
v-moda crossfade lp
ultrasone HFI-580 s-logic
beyerdynamic dt770 pro(80ohm)
sennheiser hd448

Edit: just purchased and now included : AKG K 181 DJ, on loan: Sony MDR-XB700

My question is, am I missing any? I have a little extra cash lying around and I'm willing to go out and buy any not on this list, granted it's under 200 dollars. I really feel like any decent basshead cans should be had for under 200 dollars american (bassheads are really cheap). Now you can go ahead and try to convince me otherwise, but you better have a good argument!

Nothing Denon in there.  (D2000 can be found under 200 sometimes & there are others below that worth looking into)
Sony xb500/700 might be a nice addition.
 
I'm really not at all a "basshead", so it may be best to let someone else handle the convincing side of this.

Yeah those are a bit pricey! I'm really scared to buy from anywhere that isn't an authorized dealer =( If you can have someone vouch for the bassworthiness of these cans I'll definitely look into it. I have never owned a pair of denons so thank you for introducing me to them!

I'm not as much of a basshead, but I like quick and sharp bass lines.
 
EDIT: The difference between the Xb series are that as the #'s increase, the size of drivers and cups increase. Go for the largest and now jogging.

People say they are pricey. Also, the are more like Grado then anything.
 
ANything Sony usually has a good bass hit to it, V6's are my "Bass" headphones.

This is a review of full size cans only, might do a mobile review later though thanks for the input! Don't know if i will include the mdrv6's in this review as every other headphone here costs anywhere from twice as much to 4 times as much as the sonys, it really wouldn't be a fair comparison.

Edit: I saw something and read something else, the xd series headphones are definitely full size cans sorrrrrrrrrrrry sony lovers! haha

From what I understand, the ATH-Pro 700 mk2 are pretty much the ultimate basshead 'phones.   At least, so they say.  They fit within your price range though so maybe you should check them out.

You surely need Ultrasone PRO 550s. They're just $150 on Amazon and it would help me a lot to see them compared with both of your Beyerdynamics!

EDIT: actually maybe they're too similar to HFI-580s. The product description says the PRO 550 are their successor.

Yush. Sounds very much akin to the M50, but with a slightly wider soundstage and some iffy-mids; the iffy mids can be fixed by putting the M50 pads on, which do fit with some stretching.

Missing are Sony XB series (500/700/1000), as mentioned above; Ultrasone HFI-780; Ultrasone Pro 900; Denon D2000/5000/7000; Audeze LCD-2; etc.
 
You're missing out the most important bass cans available.
 
EDIT: My bad, didn't notice that those cans you listed were the ones you had. Sony XB series and AKG 518DJ could be interesting to add.

The XBs are definitely full size cans.

The xb300s are the only ones that I'd even dare to say are "portable"
The HD 448s (already on your list) are $50 at B&H right now and were an ebay deal-of-the-day sort of thing maybe a week ago for $30.  If anything they could use some company for comparison.

Ha, ideally all cans should be had for less than $200

Still, there are top tier cans that have slightly emphasized bass, and those are preferable to those sub $100 cans any day.
 
With that being said, for less than $200, the best cans to add to the list probably would be the Ultrasone HFI-780.

Also, your thread title isn't descriptive at all. "Help me help you!" Do what? Better make sure people know what your thread is about just from the title. 
 
Anyway, your list + all the other basshead options listed here, and yes many of them are over $200US and you can't discount these more expensive ones, they are all viable basshead options.

Woah there mate! Chill out, I'm just trying to be constructive here by posting reviews of the headphones I OWN. I don't own any headphones over 200 bucks, because I'm not really willing to spend more than 200 unless someone makes a real case for them. Also you listed 5 different model denons why? Also everyone keeps pushing me to get the sonys in here, and I promised myself after my first 2 pairs and a run in with their customer service that I would never buy a pair again but i'll try and borrow some.
